The talk would focus on a few pieces of advice for writing professional journal papers. It will touch all the sections of a paper: title, abstract, introduction, paper main body, conclusions, references. The second part of the talk will discuss modalities to reply to reviewers when the first editorial decision is received. All decision possibilities will be treated. The talk is inspired from the presenter's experience as an AE at different IEEE Transactions or for other journals in the last 35 years, as well as of his experiences as an author or as an reviewer.
讲座人简介：
Adrian Ioinovici教授是电路及电力电子系统专家。IEEE Fellow，入选我国海外高层次人才。他在电路理论与电子系统方面研究上取得了卓越成就，主要研究方向包括新能源电力电子技术（太阳能及燃料电池）、IC供电系统、应用于电路的状态空间方程和电路仿真、开关电容电子变换器、高效能量转换、变换器小型化以及便携式电子设备。尤其在开关电容变换器这个领域，Adrian Ioinovici教授作为该领域的开拓者，领导并开展了一系列原创性工作，是目前国际上该领域的领军人物。
